What months are Serenity Woods Summit available to schedule events?
The barn is available from the months of May- November.
Are heating and cooling available within the barn?
Heating and cooling are available within the barn. They are not required to be used but are available upon request.
Are candles permitted in the barn?
Unfortunately, candles that are lit are not permitted in the barn.
Are there dressing areas for bridal/ groom party?
Separate accommodations are reserved within Serenity Woods Summit for the bride/groom and their party to relax, dress, have private time and take photographs prior to the wedding ceremony. This area is set aside for the exclusive use of the bride/groom, wedding party, and immediate family members throughout the event.
What time can we get into the barn?
Your wedding party/ vendors can come in as early as 9:30 am to start setting up. Last call for alcohol is 11:00 pm, the premises must be vacated by 11:30 pm.
We do have the option to purchase additional hours in the morning for setting up purposes.
What is the maximum number of guests at the barn?
The barn has an occupancy of up to 299 people.
What happens if it rains and I planned to have an outside ceremony?
If this unfortunate situation arises during your special day, Serenity Woods Summit will have staff immediately available to move the ceremony inside the barn.
Does Serenity Woods Summit have decor available to rent?
We have several items available including macrame, center pieces, and signs. We also offer a variety of items including linens, patio heaters, and table cloth runners. Upon booking we will provide you with an entire rental list.
